This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the strategy, roadmap, and operational model for Customer Master Data.
• Define clear ownership for customer master entities, attributes, hierarchies, and identifiers across various systems.
• Act as the enterprise decision-making authority for standards, policies, and resolution of data conflicts related to customer master data.
• Align customer master data priorities with go-to-market readiness, integrated HMH / NWEA execution, and platform transformation projects.
• Design and oversee the governance framework for Customer Master Data, which includes data ownership, stewardship, decision-making forums, and escalation paths.
• Ensure a consistent application of match, merge, balance, and hierarchy logic across systems that support customer identity and structure.
• Provide guidance and direction to the teams responsible for customer account maintenance, stewardship, and data operations.
• Identify and address single points of failure, process gaps, and execution risks related to customer data.
• Lead the strategy and governance of customer master data within digital product ecosystems, ensuring accurate data support for digital access, entitlement, provisioning, and user lifecycle management across platforms.
• Over 10 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Operations.
• Experience in managing customer or user data that supports digital products, platforms, or SaaS solutions, including identity, access, and entitlement models.
• Proven track record of leadership in managing customer or account master data in complex, multi-system environments.
• In-depth understanding of customer data concepts, including accounts, organizations, contacts, hierarchies, identifiers, and lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Demonstrated ability to function both strategically and hands-on in fast-paced environments.
