This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Develop and oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, CMS platforms, future CRM systems, marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), and additional marketing software.
• Manage website operations, encompassing content updates, design modifications, page creation, and ongoing site maintenance to align with marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Supervise email operations and production within HubSpot, focusing on deliverability and providing technical support.
• Direct the tracking and analysis of email performance metrics, recommending testing strategies for enhancement.
• Oversee website performance indicators, such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, page speed, and user experience, to drive ongoing optimization.
• Create and implement SEO and GEO/AEO strategies, including site architecture optimization, technical SEO, content structuring, and keyword targeting to boost organic traffic and search visibility.
• Assist cross-functional stakeholders with technical enablement, training, and support when introducing new tools and processes.
• Design and refine workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across marketing channels, with an emphasis on leveraging AI.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing, demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibilities.
• Established expertise in building and managing large-scale marketing technology stacks.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and data analytics tools (like Google Tag Manager).
• Experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, site architecture, and organic search optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting marketing data to drive informed decision-making.
• Awareness of marketing compliance and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in consumer subscriptions, B2B SaaS, and technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Marketing automation and project management certifications are preferred.
