This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and spearhead the comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with revenue goals and long-term growth aspirations.
• Shape portfolio positioning, segmentation strategies, and value propositions tailored to various customer segments.
• Create multi-year strategic roadmaps that incorporate both upstream and downstream marketing priorities.
• Convert business objectives into actionable and measurable commercial plans.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, line extensions, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish clear frameworks for customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Align messaging architecture and campaign strategies across channels and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer interaction points.
• Oversee market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights gathering.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and avenues for growth.
• Develop strategic counter-positioning plans to address competitive challenges.
• Provide executive-level insights to guide pricing, investment, and portfolio prioritization decisions.
• Manage marketing performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI evaluations.
• Optimize the allocation of marketing expenditures based on data-driven performance insights.
• Drive ongoing improvements in marketing effectiveness and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure strategic alignment with budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure upstream development priorities are in sync with market demands.
• Partner with Sales leadership to translate strategy into actionable field execution plans.
• Coordinate with Communications for integrated campaign deployments.
• Align with Operations and Supply Chain regarding demand forecasting implications.
• Develop executive presentations and materials for strategic planning.
• Offer recommendations to senior leadership on commercial priorities and investment strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated sectors.
• Proven success in leading strategic marketing initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Experience in managing portfolio strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and foster cross-functional alignment.
