• Develop and execute a detailed AI transformation strategy

• Over 8 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or transformation

• Proven track record in leading large-scale change management or organizational transformation initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to integrate cutting-edge technology into marketing processes

• In-depth knowledge of marketing operations, including campaign management, content creation, demand generation, branding, and analytics

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
