Director, Integrated Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as the main communications partner for the Chief Product & Operations Officer.

• Create and manage a cohesive annual communications strategy for the Product & Operations division.

• Discover and craft media-ready story angles linked to product innovation.

• Formulate and implement the external visibility strategy for the Chief Product & Operations Officer.

• Ensure the accuracy of messages and appropriate substantiation in all communications.

• Proactively engage with Integrated Communications and Marketing stakeholders.

• Establish and sustain an operational rhythm that reduces the time burden on executives.

• Offer communications advice to senior leadership.

• Monitor performance and gather insights related to executive visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in integrated communications, executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field.

• Background in healthcare technology, health IT, or a regulated industry that intersects with clinical and operational audiences.

• Strong capabilities in executive writing and sound editorial judgment.

• Public relations experience, including crafting story angles and preparing spokespersons.

• Experience in creating thought leadership content such as bylines, blogs, and LinkedIn articles.

• Familiarity with speaker programming and conference strategy.

• Knowledge of regulated or claims-sensitive communications.

• Proven experience in developing communications plans and managing cross-functional programs within a matrixed environment.
