Director, Implementation Services

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive implementation of Faro’s platform within customer settings, converting client specifications into scalable configurations, workflows, and study setups.

• Supervise the development of protocols, manage intake processes, and configure environments in accordance with the Faro solutions relevant to each client.

• Ensure the successful deployment of APIs and service accounts through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Establish clear transition phases from implementation to post go-live adoption teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

• Manage environment configuration, user access, and collaboration with customer IT teams to facilitate secure and scalable deployments.

• Serve as the primary contact between Faro DevOps and customer IT teams to scope, coordinate, and execute all system integration tasks.

• Oversee the generation, validation, and operational utilization of structured study design data and standardized outputs (such as USDM) within customer workflows and downstream systems.

• Design and maintain organized prompt libraries that dictate how newly uploaded customer documents are parsed, classified, and incorporated into the knowledge graph.

• Deliver and manage customized solutions, including scripts, workflow modifications, and reporting configurations necessary for successful deployment and adoption.

• Employ a consultative approach to comprehend customers’ fundamental requirements, ask clarifying questions, and direct customers towards best practices that align with product capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Implementation roles within SaaS.

• Proven track record in delivering platform configurations and API-based integrations in customer environments.

• In-depth knowledge of SaaS and AI-driven platforms, including APIs, integrations, workflow configuration, and data-driven outputs; familiarity with generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and document parsing to effectively lead knowledge graph development and governance.

• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on delivery with the establishment of scalable processes.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and problem-solving.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
