This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of economic models and global value dossiers for HTA submissions, overseeing market access and HEOR consultants.
• Act as the project manager for global market access and HEOR initiatives, which includes monitoring deliverables, coordinating document reviews, managing contracts, and ensuring that timelines and cross-functional updates are aligned.
• Aid in global HEOR research projects, which involves reviewing analyses and developing publications for HTA submissions and payer responses, in conjunction with the HEOR team.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of evidence generation tailored to payer needs, in partnership with medical affairs.
• Oversee external engagements with HTA agencies, payers, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders in a compliant manner.
• Relay updates on market access and HEOR strategies, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Create and modify value and access materials targeted for priority global markets.
• Support the planning and strategy for new indication launches, focusing on evidence and access.
• Track and proactively report on changes, challenges, and opportunities in market access within priority markets.
• Comply with Iovance Biotherapeutics’ core values, policies, procedures, and business ethics.
• Execute miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Over 12 years of pertinent experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, showcasing expertise in health economics, outcomes research, market access, real-world evidence, and/or related areas.
• A strong background in oncology, cell therapy, ATMPs, and/or rare diseases is preferred.
• An advanced degree is preferred in a field pertinent to HEOR (health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or similar), or in a medical field.
• Proven ability to develop strategic analyses and plans.
• A solid understanding of scientific, clinical, and real-world evidence, with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including considerable experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
• Highly organized with superior project management abilities.
• Profound understanding of international healthcare systems, including HTA processes, reimbursement frameworks, and health policy considerations across global markets.
• Fluency in French or German would be advantageous.
