This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implement training programs and resources aimed at enhancing performance. Ensure efficient and coordinated delivery of resources across Aledade field teams, avoiding redundancies. This involves providing direct consulting to selected strategic clients to pinpoint opportunities for performance enhancement and formulate action plans.
• Execute Collaborative Learning Networks by utilizing data insights, which includes creating standardized curriculums and facilitating events.
• Engage in collaboration and communication with Aledade stakeholders through workgroups, steering committees, and other forums to guarantee that success measures are well-defined and tracking tools are established to monitor the progress of the H&HS Center of Excellence.
• Take on managerial responsibilities, including mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing team operations such as resource allocation, professional development, and addressing other personnel matters as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• More than 5 years of experience working in or with a hospital and/or health system in a leadership role.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in value-based care.
• Proven capability in population health analytics.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
• Demonstrated experience in taking concepts from idea to execution.
• Established track record of successfully managing multiple programs while coordinating and collaborating across diverse projects and teams.
• Strong and clear communication skills, both in writing and thinking.
• Prior experience as a team lead.
