This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Tonal’s entry into the healthcare sector and develop its B2B healthcare sales operations.
• Actively seek, cultivate, and finalize early lighthouse client relationships.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for Tonal in healthcare environments, initially focusing on physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, musculoskeletal and rehabilitation providers, and eventually health systems.
• Identify significant healthcare use cases and align them with the target customer profile.
• Craft value propositions that connect Tonal’s features to clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and cost efficiency.
• Establish initial hiring practices, processes, operating rhythms, reproducible sales workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Customer Success, Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
• Develop relationships with clinicians, care delivery leaders, procurement teams, and executives.
• Take ownership of healthcare pipeline development and revenue objectives.
• Close intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements and forge partnerships that enhance adoption and credibility.
• Adapt Tonal’s consumer hardware into a healthcare solution that integrates with clinical workflows and care pathways.
• Advocate for the healthcare customer internally, shaping the product roadmap, evidence generation, and market strategy.
• Assist with clinical validation, tracking outcomes, and storytelling around ROI.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• 8+ years of experience in sales.
• Significant B2B healthcare sales background in physical therapy, chiropractic, health systems, medical devices, or MSK/rehab solutions.
• Proven history of successfully closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in selling intricate solutions that involve hardware, clinical workflows, or regulated products.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare procurement cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and enterprise sales processes.
• Ability to thrive in a zero-to-one environment while managing targets.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, compliance, and data privacy issues.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.
