This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a clinical escalation point for issues related to travel clinicians at client facilities.
• Serve as a clinical intermediary between hospital leadership, vendors, and SimpliFi teams.
• Evaluate vendor applicants and support the Clinical Interview Specialist team with clinical interviews on behalf of unit leadership.
• Engage in MSP implementations and launches, ensuring effective communication and execution of clinical processes.
• Collaborate with business development during meetings with potential clients to outline SimpliFi’s clinical processes and methodologies.
• Oversee clinician performance evaluations, identifying opportunities for coaching, improvement, or recognition.
• Participate in departmental discussions regarding trends in terms and cancellations, offering clinical insights and recommendations.
• Consult with Risk Management regarding situations that pose risks to clinicians, clients, or SimpliFi.
• Act as a clinical resource for internal teams by translating practical nursing expertise into enhanced processes and decisions.
• Lead and mentor the Clinical Interview Specialist team by establishing performance standards, providing coaching, and fostering team development.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship, Compliance, Operations, CAP Managers, Clinical Directors, and the VP/Chief Clinical Officer on daily clinical operations and long-term client success.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in at least one state.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience across various specialty areas.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with CNOs, Directors, Nurse Managers, and clinical staff.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others.
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be taken into account.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Education.
