Director, Healthcare Lending Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand a healthcare partner lending initiative

• Utilize partner data to identify financing requirements

• Align borrowers with appropriate lender categories

• Develop lender panels based on product type

• Activate relationships in healthcare lending and specialty finance

• Propel closed transactions and funded volume

• Collaborate with data, technology, lending, and partner teams

• Establish repeatable execution processes without hindering progress

• Maintain focus on a primary partner program

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial lending or specialty finance

• Familiarity with healthcare lending or related finance sectors

• Experience engaging with borrowers, lenders, or capital providers

• Background in funded deals, origination, placement, or lending programs

• In-depth knowledge of lenders by deal type

• Capability to evaluate borrower profiles and lender compatibility

• Proficiency in using data to prioritize opportunities
