This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and take responsibility for the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven tools focused on precision medicine offerings.
• Recognize high-value use cases throughout the drug development process.
• Convert platform capabilities into clear product strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle: concept → validation → build → launch → iteration.
• Collaborate with R&D, data science, and engineering teams to define product requirements and guarantee high-quality execution.
• Drive prioritization of competing opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Engage with biopharma partners, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs and workflows.
• Integrate customer insights into product requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Act as the central hub connecting Product, R&D, Clinical, BD, and Marketing teams.
• Unite stakeholders around a cohesive product strategy and execution plan.
• Facilitate decision-making in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with commercial and BD teams to establish product positioning, packaging, and pricing.
• Aid in the go-to-market strategy, including pilot programs, partnerships, and scaled deployments.
• Ensure successful product launches with well-defined value propositions and supporting evidence.
• Define requirements for product validation, encompassing analytical, clinical, and real-world evidence.
• Ensure that products fulfill scientific, regulatory, and commercial expectations.
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to align product strategy with applicable approval pathways.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Establish product processes, operating cadence, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of ownership, speed, and scientific rigor.
• An advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, or equivalent) in life sciences, bioengineering, computational biology, or a related field is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or similar roles within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
• A proven history of developing and launching complex, data-driven products.
• Strong comprehension of drug development workflows and/or clinical diagnostics.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products or data platforms is highly preferred.
• Outstanding ability to translate intricate scientific concepts into clear product decisions and strategies.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in uncertain environments.
• Strong commercial understanding, including product-market fit, pricing strategies, and partnership models.
