This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +10 more states.
• Responsible for the Hardware Business Development and Partnerships Strategy
• Develop and Expand Oura’s Hardware Partner Portfolio
• Secure High-Impact Partnership Opportunities
• Collaborate Closely with Product and Engineering Teams
• Drive Go-to-Market Strategies and Awareness
• Establish Hardware-Led Differentiation
• Lead, Develop, and Own Outcomes
• Accountability in Leadership
• Over 10 years of experience in business development or partnership roles within consumer hardware, IoT, automotive, or related industries, preferably with extensive, hands-on experience in hardware-centric companies.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and scaling complex hardware partnerships across technical, commercial, and go-to-market aspects.
• Exceptional ability to function as a builder and connector among Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Strategic mindset coupled with the capability to execute in uncertain, 0→1 scenarios.
• Comfortable influencing senior leadership without direct authority, and adept at moving at the pace of a rapidly evolving consumer hardware organization.
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating products that seamlessly integrate hardware, software, and member value into an offering greater than the sum of its parts.
