This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the long-term strategy for Ashby’s GTM technology stack. You will assess, acquire, and implement tools that address current challenges while positioning us for future growth.
• Oversee and maintain the essential revenue technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration.
• Guarantee data quality and consistency across all systems while designing and sustaining a smooth data flow throughout our ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a small team of systems specialists.
• Serve as the main connection between RevOps and Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Actively identify "technical debt" within our revenue technology framework.
• Design and optimize operational workflows, including lead routing, customer onboarding, and renewals.
• You possess experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company (preferably within the $100M–$300M ARR range).
• You have a general understanding of the technology stack utilized by a GTM team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• You view not just a single tool, but the entire ecosystem.
• You comprehend how changes in a marketing automation trigger can affect customer success renewal health scores.
• You have a passion for the latest technology and keep informed about the capabilities of tools within your company’s stack.
• You take pleasure in mentoring technical talent and can convey complex technical requirements into business results for stakeholders.
• You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work.
• A 10-year exercise window for stock options. You won’t feel pressured to purchase stock options if you leave Ashby — do it when you feel financially secure.
