Director – GTM Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the vision for 1Password's go-to-market intelligence infrastructure.

• Transform data from CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems into curated insight products.

• Take ownership of the deployment and organizational change management for 1Password's AI agent platform.

• Act as a senior thought partner to leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

• Represent the intelligence function in executive discussions.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of go-to-market Engineers.

• Enhance the broader organization's ability to leverage AI tools and data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or go-to-market operations, with a proven track record of owning insight products utilized by senior leadership.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based tools in a business setting.

• A strong history of converting data into actionable decisions.

• Established credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders across functions.

• Experience in building and nurturing teams, including analysts or technical contributors.

• Comfort in navigating greenfield and ambiguous environments where approaches are still being developed.
