This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution and growth of direct response fundraising initiatives, which encompass peer-to-peer fundraising, creator campaigns, workplace giving, corporate matching gifts, federated campaigns, and new digital revenue prospects.
• Oversee the daily operations of grassroots fundraising programs, ensuring effective implementation and continuous optimization of campaigns and fundraising activities led by staff and agencies.
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns, timelines, testing schedules, and cross-functional workflows to support digital and direct response fundraising goals.
• Support the Associate Director of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising to ensure a cohesive strategy between supporter-driven fundraising efforts and broader grassroots fundraising initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on fundraising performance across various channels, including donor acquisition, revenue generation, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in the rollout of new initiatives, revenue diversification efforts, pilot programs, and fundraising strategies developed in collaboration with SHP and agency leaders.
• A strong commitment to SHP’s mission and values.
• Additional duties as identified based on organizational needs.
• 5–8+ years of experience in nonprofits focusing on digital fundraising, grassroots fundraising, or direct response marketing.
• Proven experience in executing multi-channel fundraising and engagement campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, peer-to-peer fundraising, advocacy, workplace giving, and new digital channels.
• Practical experience with digital fundraising, advocacy, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of paid acquisition channels, including paid social media, search, display, programmatic advertising, and Connected TV (CTV).
• Experience in managing email and SMS programs, covering audience segmentation, testing, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with peer-to-peer fundraising, creator & influencer fundraising, corporate matching gifts, and workplace giving.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in tracking and reporting on fundraising performance metrics, donor acquisition, retention, conversion, lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and insights to inform fundraising strategies and decision-making.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee campaign calendars, agency relationships, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in an agency setting or with Dual C3-C4 Organizations is a plus.
