Director, GPO & Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Represent the comprehensive Regeneron ophthalmology product portfolio.

• Build connections with key business decision-makers and relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within assigned accounts.

• Serve as a vital liaison between customers and Regeneron.

• Educate and influence customers, including large provider practices and private equity groups.

• Lead, manage, and effectively pull-through provider contracts.

• Engage with customers at both regional and national retinal meetings.

• Provide regular updates on contract performance to customers.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-12 years of progressive industry-related professional experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related fields.

• Previous experience in launching new Specialty Pharmaceutical or Biologics products or indications.

• Established knowledge and relationships with key executive-level decision-makers from retina and other market GPOs and institutional trade partners.

• Prior experience with retina accounts or brand management.

• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers and management.

• Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and content development.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, event planning, and meeting facilitation.

• Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues, with the ability to assess contract performance.

• Proven skills in managing outsourced vendors.

• Willingness to travel 50-75%, including weekends as required.
