This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for key clients, establishing strong and trusted relationships.
• Promote organic growth within existing accounts while actively seeking and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations, proposals, and solution designs tailored to trade compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate proposals, statements of work, and client agreements.
• Represent M-PACT in client meetings, industry events, and business development efforts.
• Develop and enhance M-PACT’s range of trade compliance consulting services.
• Identify market demands and create innovative solutions, tools, and service offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Standardize and package services to enhance scalability and consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of trade compliance professionals.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.
• Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to elevate team capabilities.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Establish and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and continual process improvements.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert on U.S. import/export regulations, including customs compliance and trade programs.
• Advise clients on compliance strategies, risk mitigation, and changes in regulations.
• Ensure that all consulting services are in line with current laws and industry standards.
• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (Required).
• At least 5+ years of experience in import and export compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing, consulting, or advisory capacity.
• Proven track record in business development and client expansion.
• Experience in developing proposals, scopes of work, and client agreements.
• Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage and develop teams.
• Experience in overseeing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
