Director, Global Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal Product Companies and regional teams to provide a top-tier, consistent, and customer-centric service experience across all global markets.

• Promote operational consistency and standardization while accommodating regional business needs, local regulations, and customer expectations.

• Spearhead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, improving quality, and reducing costs.

• Assist in regional revenue growth targets by pinpointing operational bottlenecks, optimizing resource utilization, and eliminating obstacles that affect service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Establish and uphold operational governance, accountability frameworks, standardized procedures, and performance expectations across all service organizations.

• Create and execute standardized procedures, workflows, and best practices that enhance consistency, operational efficiency, and scalability throughout the global service organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

• At least 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global service operations within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or a related service-oriented industry.

• A solid grasp of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and execution.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of modern service operations technologies, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of aftermarket services pertaining to centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, turbo expanders, and related rotating equipment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
