Director, Global Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction for CHAI’s internal AI transformation.

• Lead and facilitate collaborative operational initiatives across various functions.

• Identify and implement process enhancements throughout CHAI's internal operations.

• Provide executive oversight for CHAI’s global safety and security operations.

• Develop and manage an efficient knowledge management system.

• Lead a Global Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.

• A robust operational generalist background.

• A solid working knowledge of AI tools.

• Proven experience in leading change management or organizational transformation projects.

• Demonstrated capability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Willingness to travel internationally, up to 30% of the time annually.
