This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue processes to guarantee precise billing, prompt collections, appropriate disbursements, and compliant revenue recognition.
• Enhance efficiency and accuracy across invoicing, collections, payment processing, and revenue workflows through system improvements and policy enforcement.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing financial operations utilizing ERP tools and automation, thereby reducing manual tasks and minimizing errors.
• Recognize and implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and scalability within transactional functions.
• Oversee and optimize financial systems to enable real-time visibility and comprehensive reporting on operational performance and cash flow.
• Develop, lead, and mentor a team of financial operations professionals with defined goals, accountability, and pathways for career advancement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, Legal, and Accounting, to ensure that financial operations are in sync with business objectives and contractual obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in financial operations, including 3–5 years in a leadership position managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or Revenue Operations.
• Proven expertise in overseeing transactional finance functions, including billing, collections, cash application, AP, and AR.
• Strong grasp of financial operations processes, internal controls, compliance requirements, and policy implementation.
• Practical experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Oracle, along with tools that support billing, collections, or process automation.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and cultivate high-performing teams, manage workloads effectively, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teamwork involving Finance, Sales, Procurement, and IT.
