This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Collaborate closely with the corporate Finance and Accounting teams to establish and sustain the foundational model for comprehensive benefits budgeting, monthly variance analysis, and long-term expenditure forecasting across over 60 countries.
• Design, manage, and enhance global pooled financing strategies, multinational networks, and captive insurance arrangements that span multiple regional markets to optimize cross-border spending efficiency.
• Identify, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators and financial metrics to reveal cost-saving opportunities and accurately measure program return on investment.
• Create, compile, and present clear and thorough executive dashboards and briefing documents for the Global Benefits Governance Committee, ensuring that senior stakeholders have full visibility for strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of a dynamic financial team while providing regional teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and North America with standardized templates and structural frameworks.
• Progressive experience in global benefits, corporate financial planning and analysis, or actuarial consulting, with a strong emphasis on global employee benefits or insurance finance.
• In-depth understanding of intricate, large-scale global benefit financing structures, including global pooling, multinational dividends, and captive insurance programs.
• Outstanding communication abilities with a proven history of distilling complex financial models and multi-country metrics into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations for C-suite executives and governance committees.
• High quantitative proficiency and expert-level command of data analysis tools and frameworks utilized for rigorous tracking, benchmarking, and managing large-scale, widely distributed global expenditures.
