• Oversees and directs collaborative business planning aligned with strategic objectives to develop and implement key partnership initiatives, category programs, and boost brand sales.
• Engages with customers through visits and communications to assess and pinpoint strategic direction, areas for improvement, and opportunities for product expansion.
• Constructs Account Business Plans that encompass objectives, essential initiatives, major actions, required support, and recommendations for new products.
• Cultivates relationships with all essential decision-makers, both within the organization and externally.
• Partners and builds rapport with local bottling partners and the distributor network to enhance sales capabilities and facilitate stewardship discussions.
• Formulates direct supply chain strategies and activates initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America's Product Supply and Foodservice distributor operations.
• Remains informed about competitive activities within designated regions and promptly communicates relevant developments.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional representatives to ensure that Coca-Cola North America provides a comprehensive range of resources that yield mutual benefits and results.
• Leads stewardship routines with accountable distributors, measuring and communicating each partner's activities against mutually established plans.
• Implements Coca-Cola North America's category innovations (Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Server, Juice & VEB brands) at both national and local levels within the Foodservice distributor network.
• Advocates for change by removing obstacles and addressing ongoing service issues to ensure the highest level of distributor customer service.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of national sales experience in the beverage or CPG industries.
• Strong capability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects effectively.
• Expertise in relationship management with suppliers, contractors, and bottlers, along with an understanding of third-party supplier/contractor culture and core competencies.
• Knowledge of supplier capabilities and performance to improve and manage relationships, particularly with foodservice distributor suppliers, is essential.
• Proficiency in supply chain operations and transportation, including awareness of transportation planning and management of DPU, intermodal, and over-the-road carrier networks.
• Must demonstrate the ability to explore alternatives and propose optimal solutions that garner support from all parties, leading to mutually beneficial outcomes.
