This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Head of financial planning and analysis, managing the daily operations of FP&A.
• Lead a team and expand it in alignment with business growth.
• Develop monthly forecasts and construct operating models, along with both short-term and long-term financial plans.
• Oversee budgeting and planning processes while producing detailed budget and forecast reports specific to each department.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to convert financial analysis into actionable business strategies and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to enhance accountability and performance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Direct the annual budgeting process and continuous reforecasting in cooperation with department leaders.
• Assist in fundraising efforts, board reporting, and investor relations through financial models, analyses, and presentations.
• Establish and enhance FP&A processes, systems, and internal controls to support a growing organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or people-management role.
• Proven experience in building and owning operating models, forecasts, and annual budgets from inception.
• Experience in presenting financial results and analyses to executives, boards, and investors.
• Background in scaling FP&A processes and systems within a high-growth environment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge in interpreting and applying accounting principles and practices.
• Prior experience in team management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
