Director, Financial Planning – Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes throughout the organization.

• Create and sustain financial models to assist strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.

• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that promote growth and efficiency.

• Examine financial results, pinpoint trends, and convey key performance drivers.

• Compile executive-level presentations and reports for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.

• Manage and improve FP&A systems, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Work alongside the controller to ensure month-end close accuracy and proper accruals in financial reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

• 10–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance positions.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of building and developing teams.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, complemented by strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com, Adaptive Insights, or similar) and Excel.

• This position is offshore and requires flexibility to accommodate U.S. business hours as necessary, especially for meetings, reporting deadlines, and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.

• Candidates should be comfortable with occasional early morning or evening calls to align with U.S. Eastern Time Zones.
