Director, Financial Planning – Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the yearly budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting cycles.

• Create and sustain driver-based financial models encompassing revenue, headcount, productivity, operating expenses, EBITDA, and cash flow.

• Construct rolling forecasts and long-term strategic planning models.

• Generate scenario analyses and sensitivity models to aid executive decision-making.

• Enhance forecast accuracy through improved reporting, analytics, and collaborative business partnerships.

• Design and manage executive dashboards along with KPI reporting.

• Evaluate performance across various practices, consultants, recruiters, business lines, and client segments.

• Detect key business trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to enhance operational and financial performance.

• Assist in strategic planning and growth initiatives.

• Formulate business cases for investments, new service offerings, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.

• Perform pricing, profitability, and margin analyses.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review documents for executive leadership.

• Provide clear and actionable analyses to facilitate decision-making.

• Develop scalable FP&A processes and infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar disciplines.

• Expertise in advanced financial modeling and forecasting.

• Proven experience in supporting executive leadership teams and strategic decision-making.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS, professional services, consulting, or human capital business models.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
