This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the field marketing strategy linked to enterprise revenue goals, addressing pipeline gaps and segment priorities across enterprise builders, named accounts, dealers/LBM, and partners.
• Create and implement integrated field programs such as trade shows, executive dinners, partner activations, roadshows, and regional events, categorized by investment level and anticipated return.
• Coordinate Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, and Marketing for each event: manage attendee strategies and account targeting, spearhead pre-event outreach, oversee executive invitations and meeting objective setting, and ensure accountability for post-event follow-up.
• Leverage insights from existing event personnel to establish clear RACI, execution playbooks, and performance standards across the team.
• Manage the complete event operating model: evaluate, set standards for CRM hygiene, create meetings, and handle attribution and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with demand generation and BDRs to amplify event impact through targeted campaigns, account outreach, and retargeting efforts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed — our event calendar is busy, and a strong field presence is crucial.
• 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant expertise in field marketing or events that support an enterprise sales strategy.
• Proven success in owning pipeline targets, not merely executing events, with supporting data.
• Familiarity with ABM, named account strategies, and experience in specific verticals where in-person relationships are essential for closing deals.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator: adept at managing through influence across Sales, BDRs, and Partnerships without direct authority.
• Data-oriented. Capable of building attribution models, establishing success metrics, and reporting ROI credibly.
• Ability to transition smoothly from strategic planning to booth setup without losing composure. This role encompasses both aspects.
• A significant advantage if you possess experience in construction, homebuilding, building products, or related industries.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Unlimited PTO.
• Meaningful maternity/paternity leave.
• Other substantial benefits typical of large companies, including short and long-term disability plans.
• 401K.
• Stipend to create the perfect home office.
