⢠Prominence is in search of a Director for Epic Revenue Cycle who will act as a senior-level advisor and hands-on leader in client engagements. This position is perfect for someone who is both a builder and an operatorāsomeone who excels in the intricacies of execution, enjoys collaborating closely with clients, and possesses extensive knowledge in Epic Revenue Cycle. **This role is client-facing and delivery-oriented, where you will guide high-impact projects while shaping the future of Prominenceās Revenue Cycle practice. You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitate measurable financial and operational outcomes, and assist in the development of scalable offerings over time.**

⢠**Client Delivery & Execution**
⢠- Lead and actively engage in Epic Revenue Cycle projects, including optimization, implementation support, and performance enhancement initiatives.
⢠- Function as a hands-on advisor, collaborating directly with client stakeholders to address complex revenue cycle issues across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end processes.
⢠- Provide high-quality, actionable insights that enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
⢠- Guarantee successful project delivery, encompassing scope management, issue resolution, and the achievement of measurable results.
⢠**Client Relationship Management**
⢠- Establish robust, trust-based relationships with client leaders, serving as a primary resource for Revenue Cycle strategy and execution.
⢠- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account teams to uphold account health and identify opportunities for ongoing impact.
⢠- Assist in sales and scoping initiatives by offering subject matter expertise, solution design, and effort estimation.
⢠**Practice Development**
⢠- Contribute to the advancement of Prominenceās Epic Revenue Cycle offerings, including the creation of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
⢠- Recognize emerging client needs and market trends to influence future service lines and growth opportunities.
⢠- Play a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for a scalable Revenue Cycle practice over time.
⢠**Team & Culture Contribution**
⢠- Mentor and support consultants and managers across projects, promoting a culture of learning and excellence in delivery.
⢠- Exemplify Prominenceās values through collaboration, accountability, and a dedication to high-quality results.
⢠- Engage in internal initiatives that enhance team capabilities, knowledge sharing, and consistency in delivery.
⢠- Over 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations, with significant expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle (e.g., Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude, etc.)
⢠- Demonstrated history of hands-on delivery in client-facing positions, with the capacity to both lead and execute.
⢠- Solid understanding of revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and optimization strategies.
⢠- Experience in cultivating relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.
⢠- Ability to integrate strategic thinking with meticulous execution.
⢠- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
⢠Physical and Medical Standards: Must be capable of sitting or standing at a computer and working independently.
⢠**Additional Expectations**
⢠- Remote-first; must reside in the U.S.
⢠- Travel as necessary for client engagements and key meetings.
