Director, Enterprise Strategy – Homebuilding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders across land, development, and operational sectors.

• Position TraceAir as a key strategic partner for enterprises.

• Work alongside Account Executives to facilitate introductions to executives.

• Assist in multi-division and enterprise-level transactions.

• Play a role in shaping national agreement strategies.

• Create and implement impactful training programs with Customer Enablement.

• Aid customers in enhancing efficiency and minimizing expenses.

• Convert practical experience into actionable advice.

• Recognize customer challenges and inefficiencies.

• Collaborate with the Product team to influence roadmap development.

• Ensure that solutions align with practical use cases.

• Promote adoption throughout various divisions.

• Link division-level achievements to corporate objectives.

• Streamline the enterprise purchasing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a VP, SVP, or higher at a national or major regional homebuilder.

• Proven track record of operating across divisions or at the corporate level.

• Experience in land development, operations, or related roles.

• Strong executive presence and credibility.

• Capability to influence others without direct authority.

• Skill in translating personal experiences into strategic insights.
