This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Solely accountable for establishing the "Advocacy Bridge," strategies for value realization, and the operational framework needed to convert product usage into essential business infrastructure.
• Direct, guide, and enhance the skills of a team comprising at least five Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs).
• Implement the necessary rigor to equip the CSO with a "no-surprises" forecast.
• Assist the team directly on deals that exceed $250k.
• Serve as the main liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
• Partner with EAMs to proactively seek out the next 100+ seats within Global 2000 accounts.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• A solid history of managing enterprise account relationships and fostering growth.
• Excellent negotiation and business acumen capabilities.
• Understanding of data science concepts and tools (e.g., R, Python).
• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM software.
