Director, Enterprise Impact Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the impact strategy division within the Enterprise Strategy department.

• Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to formulate a comprehensive and integrated impact growth strategy.

• Engage with various stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions, analyses, and decision-making processes.

• Design and execute impact initiatives effectively.

• Create impact growth strategies and frameworks for organizational performance.

• Work alongside strategic planning teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in nonprofit impact strategy, impact outcome measurement, and/or the development and design of impact programs.

• More than 10 years of collaborative leadership experience, including engagement with senior and executive leaders.

• In-depth knowledge of American Cancer Society programs, strategies, and organizational structures, or equivalent experience in complex environments.

• At least 3 years of direct experience in the development and design of nonprofit impact programs, including outcome measurement and reporting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a key leader in the development of enterprise impact strategies.

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and facilitating meetings with 3 to over 200 attendees.

• Experience in nonprofit strategy or management consulting is preferred.
