Director, Enterprise Architecture – Intelligent Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the enterprise architecture strategy for GitLab.

• Establish and oversee GitLab's Architecture Review Board.

• Design and manage integration architectures along with data flow patterns.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy.

• Lead initiatives to minimize shadow IT and software proliferation.

• Ensure that enterprise, integration, and information architecture adhere to SOX compliance and security standards.

• Align independent system roadmaps with the overarching enterprise architecture strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in defining and managing enterprise architecture within complex, matrix organizations.

• Profound technical expertise in integration, automation, and artificial intelligence.

• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, integration architecture patterns, and API design.

• Strong track record in establishing and leading architecture review boards or equivalent governance frameworks.

• Proven ability to reduce shadow IT and software proliferation.

• In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and security architecture for business applications.

• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
