• Spearhead the organization's transition to AI-enhanced operational methods

• Define iFIT's approach to AI tools and governance

• Establish and lead a network of AI leaders within the business

• Empower teams to develop and maintain AI-driven workflows

• Monitor and assess the effects of AI initiatives throughout the organization

• A seasoned, AI-oriented software engineer with over 6 years in a senior or leadership role

• Proven experience in delivering products, integrations, and automations that yield tangible business value

• Strong proficiency with agentic AI systems

• Background as a technical developer collaborating with business teams

• A history of being a force multiplier, guiding a community of practitioners
