Director – Emerging Technology, AI Fluency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for fostering enterprise-wide AI fluency as a fundamental leadership and workforce capability.

• Create and implement scalable, contemporary learning experiences that transition employees from basic awareness to proficient application of AI.

• Lead an "AI in Action" ecosystem that promotes swift experimentation and practical application through strategic partnerships.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases for integrating AI into everyday workflows.

• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director to leverage AI internally through innovative design and communities of practice.

• Assess and enhance AI capability maturity throughout the organization.

• Continuously refine learning and enablement strategies informed by data and learner engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of pertinent experience in learning, talent management, digital transformation, or similar domains.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise learning, digital enablement, or innovative technology projects within complex organizations.

• Demonstrated success in designing scalable learning experiences that promote behavior change and capability adoption.

• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and business units to implement new technologies into real-world workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master's degree in Learning Design, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of learning science, adult learning theories, and learner behavior.

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and AI principles.

• Experience in creative design, learning experience design (LXD), and social learning ecosystems.

• Excellent consulting, influence, and partnership abilities with senior stakeholders.

• High learning agility and adaptability in the face of ambiguity and rapid change.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong enterprise perspective.
