Director, Email Development – QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a team of 10-15 developers and QA professionals.

• Enhance efficiency, automation, and achieve 100% SLA adherence.

• Design and refine the comprehensive development pipeline.

• Supervise the incorporation of AI into workflows.

• Guarantee precise project scoping, resource allocation, and prompt delivery.

• Remove workflow inefficiencies and automate manual processes.

• Advocate for production-line efficiency and uphold quality standards across projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in email engineering.

• At least 4 years of experience leading technical teams in an agency or consulting setting.

• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Familiarity with rendering tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.

• Demonstrated ability to define custom development and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Strong operational knowledge of email accessibility standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of email development and systems integration.

• Experience in assessing or implementing AI-driven development methodologies.
