• Develop and Scale Ecosystem Strategy
• Assist in defining and implementing DDN’s ecosystem strategy across VARs, OEMs, GSIs, cloud providers, and key technology partners
• Create scalable engagement models that align with DDN’s AI infrastructure and enterprise go-to-market strategy
• Facilitate the global expansion of co-selling, fulfillment, marketplace activities, and joint solution initiatives
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth and enhance customer adoption
• Enhance partner programs, engagement frameworks, governance structures, and operational workflows
• Develop scalable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, deal engagement, escalation management, and operational coordination
• Enhance the operational maturity of the ecosystem through improved reporting, accountability, execution tracking, and partner lifecycle management
• Establish clear operational standards and execution models for ecosystem activities
• Support transaction and fulfillment processes across cloud ecosystem partners and marketplaces
• Assist in operationalizing private offer workflows, marketplace initiatives, quoting alignment, and customer provisioning coordination
• Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, GSS, and Sales teams to enhance execution and scalability
• Increase operational visibility into marketplace transactions, partner fulfillment, and ecosystem-influenced revenue
• Work with Product, Engineering, GSS, and ecosystem partners on joint offerings and new product introduction initiatives
• Collect operational, technical, support, and go-to-market requirements for joint solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional execution essential for launching and scaling partner-integrated offerings
• Drive alignment among Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, GSS, Finance, Legal, and GTM Applications teams
• Enhance visibility into ecosystem contributions, partner influence, co-sell activities, and operational performance
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for executive-level visibility
• Collaborate closely with Sales and field leadership to align ecosystem strategy with target accounts and strategic opportunities
• Assist in scaling ecosystem-influenced pipeline generation and co-selling execution
• Support strategic deal coordination involving OEMs, cloud providers, GSIs, and channel partners
• 8+ years of experience in ecosystem, alliances, channel, strategic partnerships, business operations, or go-to-market leadership roles
• Significant experience collaborating with VARs, OEMs, GSIs, and cloud ecosystem partners
• Proven experience in building ecosystem strategy and operationalizing partner programs
• Familiarity with cloud marketplace, private offer, transaction, and fulfillment workflows
• Experience in supporting joint offering development and new product introduction execution with cross-functional teams
• Strong operational mindset with a solid track record of creating scalable processes and governance models
• Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and driving execution across multiple functions
• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, partner operations, and ecosystem reporting
