• Act as the lead analytics expert across eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Operations.

• Identify and address cross-functional metric misalignment to ensure a unified, reliable understanding of performance.
• Set standards for data quality, documentation, and analytical transparency throughout the organization.

• Design, implement, and scale repeatable AI-assisted workflows that facilitate ongoing company-level decisions (growth, margin optimization, inventory productivity, forecast alignment).
• Establish validation frameworks to rigorously assess AI-generated outputs against source data, historical performance, customer behavior, and commercial logic.
• Integrate AI-enabled insights into planning, forecasting, and executive performance reviews.
• Advocate for responsible, explainable, and outcome-driven AI utilization within analytics workflows.

• Convert behavioral data into commercial insights that impact merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operational choices.
• Align behavioral insights with downstream systems and financial realities.
• Integrate demand, margin, inventory, and operational viewpoints into cohesive performance narratives.
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and performance alignment across Finance, Retail, Merchandising, and Operations.
• Question assumptions and reframe business narratives using data-driven insights.

• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, or Data Leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading analytics across various business functions.
• Extensive experience in commerce-driven sectors (retail, eCommerce, CPG, marketplace).
• In-depth understanding of all traffic acquisition channels and their downstream effects on site behavior, using this knowledge to create dependable forecasts that guide strategic decisions.
• Proficient in SQL and possess advanced analytical modeling skills.
