This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Granicus’ Website as a Platform for Growth
• Direct the strategy, structure, and continuous enhancement of Granicus’ global website.
• Ensure the website effectively conveys Granicus’ platform value and converts visitors into qualified leads.
• Manage the website as a platform, oversee both paid and organic traffic acquisition, and guarantee that all digital touchpoints are designed to maximize engagement, conversion, and pipeline contributions.
• Lead UX/UI and Digital Experience Design initiatives
• Ensure Granicus provides an exceptional digital experience that aligns with contemporary SaaS standards.
• Oversee Paid Media and Digital Traffic Acquisition
• Direct the strategy and implementation for generating digital traffic.
• Supervise Web Analytics, Digital Performance, and Conversion Optimization
• Develop Granicus’ digital performance measurement framework and optimization strategy.
• Manage Digital Infrastructure and Martech Integration
• Ensure Granicus’ website and digital systems function as a modern, cohesive growth platform.
• Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or digital experience leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS sectors.
• Strong proficiency required in:
• Website architecture and management
• UX/UI and conversion optimization
• Paid media strategy and implementation
• Digital analytics and performance evaluation
• CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Webflow, etc.)
• Martech integrations
• Fundamentals of technical SEO.
