Director, Dental Lab Product Strategy and Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the long-term product, workflow, and marketing strategies for the Zahn division.

• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to formulate and implement the Zahn strategic plan.

• Establish and drive product, workflow, and marketing strategies aimed at fostering growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

• Identify market opportunities and synergies within Henry Schein to enhance product offerings and solutions.

• Oversee the product management function, including team leadership and vendor partnership strategies.

• Manage product lifecycle processes, including portfolio expansion, new product development, and commercialization efforts.

• Work closely with R&D and Technical Services to create new products, workflows, and capabilities.

• Cultivate relationships with key vendors to promote innovation, product launches, and profitability enhancement.

• Direct the customer education strategy, including live and digital programs (e.g., web, events, roadshows), maximizing ROI and engagement.

• Supervise the positioning and strategy for exclusive and differentiated products and vendor collaborations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 12 or more years of progressively responsible experience in relevant professional roles.

• At least 5 years of management experience.

• Familiarity with the dental and dental lab markets.

• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.

• Proficient negotiator, knowledgeable about regulatory affairs requirements, and capable of collaborating cross-functionally with legal/regulatory affairs.

• A Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field is typically required.

• A Master's degree or its global equivalent is an advantage.
