This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the demand generation strategy and its performance: Lead and refine Rad AI’s comprehensive demand generation approach, aligning it with business objectives, budget considerations, and pipeline targets.
• Spearhead integrated campaigns: Create and implement initiatives across various channels including paid social, search, retargeting, email, webinars, partnerships, and targeted account-based programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations: Establish campaign requirements, audience segmentation, scoring criteria, routing, attribution, and reporting necessities. Maintain sufficient HubSpot proficiency to verify configurations and resolve issues.
• Oversee budget and channel effectiveness: Distribute investments, manage agencies, and make informed decisions regarding scaling, adjusting, or ceasing expenditures.
• Evaluate and enhance performance: Monitor funnel metrics, experiment with messaging and channels, and convert data insights into actionable strategies that boost conversion rates and pipeline growth.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution: Coordinate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Marketing Communications on key priorities, transitions, and follow-ups.
• Establish operational discipline: Develop clear plans, assign responsibilities, set milestones and deadlines. Communicate potential risks early, close feedback loops, and ensure campaigns progress from strategy to execution.
• Over 10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a demonstrated track record of generating qualified pipeline in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in marketing to health systems or other intricate healthcare organizations, coupled with a deep understanding of multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
• Proven capability to devise strategies and actively implement integrated campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, partner channels, and account-based initiatives.
• Strong experience in account-based marketing, including audience targeting, engagement with buying committees, sales enablement, and account-level analysis.
• Proficient in HubSpot across campaigns, workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, attribution, and reporting, with the capability to work effectively with Marketing Operations.
• Possess analytical and commercial insight, with the ability to link marketing efforts to conversions, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and vendors with clear accountability for performance.
• Demonstrated operational discipline across multiple initiatives, timelines, and dependencies, with proactive communication and dependable follow-through.
• Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and keep tasks progressing without waiting for complete information.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with diverse organizational stakeholder groups.
