Director, Data Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Define and implement a data science strategy that aligns with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Lead and mentor teams of data scientists and analysts

• Propel workforce transformation and modernization projects that are in line with business strategies and the evolution of operating models

• Establish best practices for modeling, analytics, and governance

• Create KPI frameworks aimed at optimizing workforce, utilization, Net Promoter Score (NPS), revenue, and other operational metrics

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting ecosystems

• Provide agentic AI solutions to streamline workflows

• Convert complex analytics into actionable business insights for executives

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling

• Proven experience in creating and managing forecasting models for revenue planning, utilization optimization, and balancing workforce supply and demand

• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboards, semantic models, and KPI reporting

• Familiarity with agentic AI or AI-driven workflow automation

• In-depth knowledge of delivery and professional services KPIs, including demand/supply, utilization, NPS, and revenue

• Excellent communication skills tailored for executive audiences

• Experience in developing enterprise data governance frameworks
