This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Palantir practice encompassing business development, talent management, delivery, and operational excellence.
• Articulate and share the practice vision aligned with the Palantir partnership roadmap and organizational objectives.
• Take responsibility for practice growth, which includes sales, recruitment, client accounts, engagements, and operations.
• Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and case studies.
• Lead and nurture Forward Deployed Engineers, Forward Deployed Strategists, Software Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers.
• Provide mentorship to practitioners and facilitate Palantir certifications and enablement.
• Offer thought leadership regarding the Palantir platform and delivery model.
• Manage engagement risks, economics, planning, budgeting, accounts receivable, and deliverables.
• Ensure client satisfaction while overseeing quality and delivery standards across the Palantir portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for growth and shape offerings related to the Palantir platform.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and mission owners.
• Guide ontology, pipeline, and application design on the Palantir platform.
• Investigate emerging Palantir capabilities, such as AIP and agentic workflows.
• Create whitepapers, presentations, workshops, and other thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with clients to establish mission objectives and agile, pod-based delivery roadmaps.
• Work alongside internal teams, Palantir, and clients to address technical and mission requirements.
• Aid pre-sales efforts through technical insights and solution development.
• Organize and engage in knowledge-sharing, technical meetups, workshops, and communities of practice.
• Document and disseminate engagement learnings.
• Travel up to 30% during peak periods.
• 12+ years of leadership experience.
• 10+ years of consulting/professional services experience.
• Proven track record in managing a business line and P&L.
• Experience in launching or scaling a practice or platform-centric service line.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering client engagements on Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and/or AIP.
• Knowledge of ontology design, pipeline and application development, and operational deployment.
• Familiarity with embedded, pod-based forward-deployed delivery methods.
• Experience in managing senior-level Forward Deployed Engineers, Forward Deployed Strategists, and Software Engineers.
• Ability to provide advisory services to government, defense, or regulated commercial clients.
• Proven experience in financial management and business operations.
• Experience leading transformation projects that involve change management, organizational design, process mapping, and platform implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills and an executive presence.
• Experience leading strategic pursuits for key accounts and capability-focused deals.
• Familiarity with partner-led opportunities.
• Prior experience in building or scaling a practice around Palantir or a comparable ISV/platform partnership is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead delivery pods from technical design to go-live.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak periods.
