This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, implement, and manage the measurement system for reporting and optimization purposes.
• Propel segmentation, personalization, and optimization initiatives utilizing AI/ML technologies.
• Establish the lifecycle strategy and orchestrate moment-based communications throughout acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell, and win-back campaigns.
• Collaborate with business and channel leaders to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Build and lead a high-performing team that is focused on innovation and data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building and scaling high-performing, data-driven teams.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling abilities—capable of translating insights into business impact.
• Proficient in influencing and instilling customer-centric standards throughout the organization.
• Expertise in advanced experimentation techniques: A/B testing, multivariate, and causal methods that inform optimization decisions.
• Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or similar sectors.
