⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in agency or startup settings, demonstrating a successful ability to navigate complex organizations.

• Outstanding capability to motivate diverse teams, nurture a positive culture, and guide others through strategic vision and empathy.

• Expertise in visual design, branding, content, and typography, complemented by a strong curiosity for emerging technologies and varied creative challenges.

• Proficient presenter and public speaker, adept at conveying technical and strategic concepts to stakeholders across all levels.

• Competent in establishing long-lasting partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams through advanced interpersonal skills.

• AI Initiative: Extensive experience in integrating and utilizing AI tools within creative workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Technical Familiarity: Knowledge or hands-on experience with Weavy, Gemini, and Jasper is a notable advantage.

• Self-driven, proactive strategist who maintains an optimistic and decisive approach under tight deadlines and in dynamic environments.

• Strong attention to detail with regard to process effectiveness, goal setting, and documentation.
