📋 Description

• Take charge of brand architecture by crafting a cohesive framework that integrates DPN, Fresh, SaaS, and Supply Chain under BEP while maintaining distinct segment identities. Develop positioning exercises, architecture briefs, and plans for integration transitions.

• Create a content strategy that outlines a thorough roadmap for owned channels (web, blog, email, collateral), social media, and earned media. Oversee the editorial calendar, standards, and cross-functional workflows, measuring progress against division priorities.

• Establish thought leadership by positioning proprietary data assets as authoritative sources within the industry. Manage insights, research publications, press strategies, and significant earned media placements to enhance credibility.

• Uphold brand identity by evolving visual elements and voice to align with positioning. Ensure uniformity across all touchpoints while allowing for division-specific customization within established guidelines.

• Spearhead social media efforts by creating a playbook for various divisions. Manage execution on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, amplifying thought leadership, supporting operator acquisition, and fostering community engagement. Monitor and optimize performance.

• Assist with M&A integration by evaluating brand positioning after the close. Formulate an integration strategy (rebrand, co-brand, or migrate) and establish messaging hierarchies aligned with tier classifications. Create a playbook for brand and content strategy.

• Mentor editorial standards by setting communication benchmarks—clarity, voice, and intent. Build and guide the team, codifying standards in scalable playbooks.

• Incorporate AI into operations by identifying areas for AI utilization in ideation, drafting, personalization, and efficiency. Develop guidelines that uphold brand voice and editorial integrity.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in content strategy, brand management, or marketing leadership within B2B organizations.

• Proven history of consolidating brands, repositioning portfolios, or harmonizing messaging across divisions.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and coaching abilities; skilled at establishing and maintaining editorial standards.

• Experience in measuring content performance and correlating narratives with business outcomes.

• Proficiency in social media strategy and execution, along with press strategy and media relations expertise.

• Systems thinking: adept at creating playbooks, codifying standards, and focused on scalability.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and exert influence without direct authority.

• Comfort with data, metrics, and AI tools for enhancing content.

• Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the context of operators/distributors.

• Nice to have: experience in M&A integration, knowledge of the foodservice/hospitality industry, and scaling thought leadership programs.
