πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provides strategic leadership, governance, and vision across various global business processes and the solutions that support them.

β€’ Establishes the long-term roadmap, ensures alignment with enterprise priorities, and supervises global governance to harmonize business processes, compliance standards and programs, and digital capabilities across different regions.

β€’ Collaborates with senior business leaders, IT, and regional teams to design and maintain a cohesive operating model that supports business growth while ensuring compliance excellence.

β€’ Works closely with the Senior Director of Compliance Program Management and Business Enablement to align with departmental strategies, integrating compliance objectives with broader business goals and prioritizing initiatives based on key compliance risks and enterprise value.

β€’ Defines and takes ownership of the global vision, roadmap, and governance framework for comprehensive business processes and enabling solutions.

β€’ Leads global governance forums to reach consensus on priorities, funding, and solution investments, ensuring coordination across regions and functions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university is required.

β€’ A Graduate Degree or additional professional accreditation is preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, JD, CFE, CCEP).

β€’ A minimum of 12 years of work experience is required.

β€’ Prior supervisory experience is necessary.

β€’ Project Management experience with one or more methodologies/frameworks is essential.

β€’ Experience in managing transformation projects with the ability to demonstrate understanding of technical requirements and scope.

β€’ Exhibits knowledge and a clear understanding of the necessary components of effective Compliance programs, including AdvaMed and/or PhRMA Code and other relevant standards (e.g., DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, Section 8B 2.1 of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines).

β€’ Experience working under government agreements (e.g., CIA, DPA, or other prosecution agreements) is preferred.

β€’ Demonstrates expertise in applying external requirements to key activities and processes.

β€’ Has experience in developing and leading large-scale, global initiatives.

β€’ Must be capable of exercising independent judgment with strong attention to detail, analyzing, understanding, and communicating complex issues to leaders to ensure clarity. Additionally, should develop solutions based on best practices and customer feedback, effectively facilitate discussions, and deliver communications to large groups of people, as well as communicate via telephone, email, and other electronic means.
