This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.

• Design, execute, and sustain comprehensive compliance frameworks tailored for the aerospace, defense, and power generation sectors.

• Formulate organizational strategies for compliance and assess prevailing trends.

• Monitor emerging legislation and industry developments.

• Identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans.

• Oversee internal audit and ethics investigation personnel.

• Create educational materials and training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD) is highly desirable.

• Over 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or legal operations, including more than 5 years in a leadership position.

• Preferred industry certifications include Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or other sector-specific credentials.
