• 16+ years of professional experience.

• Extensive experience in leading AI platform strategy, design, and execution within large financial institutions, particularly in commercial lending or related sectors.

• Profound knowledge of AI technologies, platform architecture, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.

• Strong business insight with the capability to convert complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including Agile methodologies and servant leadership.

• Proven success in delivering intricate, multi-team projects through senior governance forums.

• Expertise in operational management, risk management, financial oversight, collaboration, and negotiation.

• Skills in architecture, design, and engineering.

• In-depth understanding of managing large complex projects across multiple teams and senior governance forums.
