Director, Commercial Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the annual operating plan (AOP) process for the regions.

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the senior leadership team by delivering forward-looking financial insights, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

• Assess and enhance revenue channels, commercial investments, and go-to-market strategies to optimize profitable growth.

• Propel product profitability and margin expansion initiatives.

• Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Commercial leadership to improve working capital management.

• Supervise and improve quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, and financial visibility.

• Spearhead key finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Build and nurture a high-performing Commercial Finance team.

• Advanced analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.

• Strong proficiency in systems and tools, including SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and drive cross-functional initiatives within global organizations.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to convert financial insights into clear and engaging narratives for varied audiences.

• Highly organized and results-driven, capable of prioritizing effectively and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
