Director, Clinical Trials Lead – Rare Disease, CKD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead our site engagement strategy to enhance participation in clinical trials and act as the executive escalation point for essential partnerships.

• Oversee a high-performing, cross-functional team (Business Development, Data Science, Product, Marketing) to convert partner requirements into scalable, data-driven program initiatives.

• Serve as the primary medical liaison for Pharma Partners, utilizing clinical and operational knowledge to guide contract negotiations and foster long-term, impactful relationships with key stakeholders.

• Drive provider outreach and patient engagement activities, employing in-depth clinical analysis to improve patient identification and enrollment in trials.

• Actively seek opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to organizational growth by developing and implementing operational strategies and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (e.g., Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling or a related medical discipline)

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics)

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical trials

• Experience in establishing clinical trial services and engaging with health systems is highly preferred

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical client engagement is strongly preferred
